The Presidium of the Sejm has unanimously adopted the equality of seat distribution in the investigative committee on envelope elections in a way that takes into account proportionality and at the same time gives all clubs the opportunity to sit on the committee – said Krzysztof Bosak (Confederacy), Vice President on Thursday Chairman of the Sejm.
This parity, he said, will be: 4-3-1-1-1-1.
Previously, the Sejm adopted a resolution on the appointment of an investigative committee to investigate the legality of the 2020 elections for the President of the Republic of Poland in the form of postal voting. All MPs present voted in favor of establishing the committee.

Candidates for members of the Investigative Committee are submitted to the President of the Sejm by the presidents of clubs and groups that are members of the Senior Citizens’ Convention. The committee will consist of 11 people. In accordance with the Law on the Sejm Investigative Committee, the composition of the committee must reflect the representation in the Sejm of the clubs and groups of deputies that have their representatives in the Senior Convention, depending on the number.
