In response to reports about himself, Borys drew attention to the actions of Marian Banaś.
If President Banaś’s accusation is that the Financial Shield regulations were inaccurate, then I would like to congratulate you on your determination. First, because it is impossible to describe every case in a huge aid program for 360,000 companies. Second, on this principle, President Banaś should already be in prison because, as Minister of Finance, he failed to ensure that tax rules were accurate for companies. Therefore, they must obtain interpretations and errors and tax losses may arise.
