PO representatives are not keeping their election promises, the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arkadiusz Mularczyk, said in an interview with PAP. Their approach calls into question the implementation of any PO election promises, he added.
According to media publications, the tax-free amount announced by KO during the election campaign is PLN 60,000. PLN is not valid in 2024.

Mularczyk added that this “calls into question the implementation of any election promises made by the Civic Platform. One might have the impression that the only bond between the coalition partners is their dislike of PiS, and that they have a clear problem in presenting positive ideas for the future,” Mularczyk added.
KO leader Donald Tusk announced at the beginning of September in Tarnów during the election campaign that “the tax-free amount would be increased to PLN 60,000. PLN is a specific thing that we will implement within the first 100 days.
Last week, KO MP Artur Łącki, referring to the increase in the free allowance, said that “we will not do it this year, because such things cannot be done two days before January 1.”
