“This was prepared by companies – the same companies that were in parliament last term and worked with the opposition on the wind turbine law,” said Jarosław Sachajko, 15 MP from Kukiz, in the program “Woronicza 17”, referring to the issue of the inclusion of windmills. in the Polish bill 2050 and KO. By positioning themselves as representatives of PSL, PiS and TVP, they in turn scare Poles, and politicians will work on the bill in committees.
They want to build wind turbines ‘arbitrarily’
The host asked the guests in the studio if they knew who had drafted the bill on freezing energy prices, which contained hidden provisions on wind farms, including the possibility of expropriation. The studio became quiet, and after a while Jarosław Sachajko of Kukiz’15 remarked that “there’s no point in wondering.”
This was prepared by companies – the same companies that sat in parliament last term and worked with the opposition on the wind farm bill. Last year we changed the law regarding the possibility of building wind turbines, significantly liberalizing it. After the huge protests that happened before 2015, there were hundreds of them because windmills were built for people behind fences, and they now want to do the same. This had to be stopped and it was done with Act 10H. The distance from the windmill to the buildings would be approximately 2-2.5 km. We cut it down to 700 meters
– Sachajko remembered.
The MP pointed out that the local community benefited from building wind turbines 700 meters away.
But that’s not enough for them. They want a lot more of it, because approximately 50 percent fewer of these inefficient wind turbines can be installed between 700 and 300 meters. We simply did not use the space between 700 m and 2 km. And they want to do it right away, I’m sorry, it’s so rude. If you don’t want a windmill here, we will expropriate you. If you do not want thick cables running through your plot to carry electricity, we will expropriate you. This is repaying a loan to several companies that supported the opposition and said several bad things in the media. This repays the loan to the European Commission and Germany. Just as the European Commission contributed to the victory of the current parliamentary majority, it is difficult to say what could have been done
– emphasized the politician Kukiz’15.
PiS has disrupted many policies in the EU. First of all, people started making money, not companies. Kowalski is not going to build this windmill because it will cost a lot. PiS gave renewable energy to the people. Anyone could set up a photovoltaic installation and make money with it
– added Jarosław Sachajko.
PSL downplays the problem
In turn, PSL MP Stefan Krajewski, when asked whether his party knew which project the co-coalition submitted, Poland 2050, and whether it was consulted and whether the People’s Party members agreed to such a project, replied that “the election campaign is over. , don’t scare the Poles.”
The actions of television and the actions of PiS were intended to frighten all Poles. They weren’t afraid, they went to vote. I’m telling the truth. You scared the Poles and continue to scare them, that’s what they do, Krajewski said.
After repeating the question, the PSL MP replied that he was “not arguing” but was “answering substantively”.
Those who worked on the bill and signed it certainly knew it. We didn’t sign the project, we didn’t work on it, and I mean that honestly and sincerely. We will work in the appropriate committees
– said the PSL MP.
He then declared that “no one will lose his country.”
Those who speak the loudest are those who dispossessed people under the CPK, dispossessed them, robbed them of their lands and properties, demolished shrines and it didn’t bother you
– Krajewski accused, to which politicians from PiS and Solidarna Polska reminded that there was no expropriation, but only a voluntary procedure.
Let us not forget that on November 28, a group of MPs from Poland 2050-TD and KO submitted to the Sejm a draft amendment to the Law on Support to Energy Consumers, extending the energy price freeze until June 30, 2024, in which also provisions liberalizing the construction of wind farms and wind turbines in Poland.
The project is intended to enable the construction of silent wind turbines at a distance of 300 meters from buildings. The authors of the project also proposed to expand the catalog of strategic investments to include wind farms, which means that it will not be necessary to analyze the compliance of their location with the local development plan. The project also includes provisions regarding the possibility of expropriation and the imposition of a tax on Orlen in the amount of PLN 15 billion, which immediately affected the company’s listings on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and resulted in a loss of more than PLN 5.5 billion.
