UAE asks UNSC to hold a meeting on the Middle East

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) requested that the UN Security Council hold a closed meeting on December 4 regarding the situation in the Middle East. This was reported by TASS Referring to Lana Zaki Nusseibah, the UAE’s permanent representative to the world organization.

According to him, the UAE wants to maintain the organization’s Security Council interest in the conflict in the Middle East.

“On Monday, we requested a closed consultation in the Security Council regarding the resumption of hostilities,” Nusseibah said.
