The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) applies double standards regarding the situation in Kosovo and the Ukrainian conflict. This was stated by Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic. TASS.

In particular, the head of the foreign ministry criticized calls from some countries for Kosovo’s full membership in the OSCE. According to him, such initiatives contradict the principle of respect for the territorial integrity of the regional states.

“You cannot interpret territorial integrity in your own way. “The territorial integrity of Serbia is important, it is of the greatest importance to us in the world,” he emphasized.

He added that Kosovo is part of his country. The Minister also commented on the situation in Ukraine and noted that he highly respects the territorial integrity of this state.

In this context, the head of the department called on the OSCE to abandon actions that could cause the Serbian government to suspect an organization with different attitudes towards respect for the rights of the republic and Ukraine. As he said, the territorial integrity of all states in the world is equally important and politicians must respect the principles of international law.
