Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree providing for the dismissal of Igor Brylo from his post as deputy inspector of the Vitebsk region. This was reported by press service Belarusian leader.
The statement states that Lukashenko took this decision in connection with the inspector’s “misconduct incompatible with public service.” However, the exact reasons for the vice president’s dismissal were not disclosed.
“Igor Brylo, inspector of the Vitebsk region, was dismissed from the post of assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus,” the head of state’s press service said.
As stated in the statement, Lukashenko signed the relevant order on November 27.
Igor Brylo received the post of assistant to the Belarusian leader in July 2023. He also served as the Republic’s Minister of Agriculture and Food before his appointment.
