“Kim Kyu Hyun strengthened the LDC’s status as the main intelligence service in the security sector during the transition period. “He made efforts to create a cooperation system with the intelligence agencies of friendly states,” he said.
According to Yonhap’s report, the reasons for the resignation of the leaders of the intelligence services and the names of those who will take these positions were not reported.
