The Supreme Court of Kuwait sentenced former Minister of Defense and Internal Affairs Khaled Al Jarrah Al Sabah to seven years in prison for misusing military funds. Reuters.

Both defendants denied the accusations, Reuters reported.
The agency recalls that Sheikh Jaber and Sheikh Khalid were acquitted of embezzlement charges in March 2022, but the case was reopened following the objection of Kuwaiti prosecutors.
