The official representative of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that the country’s government cannot advise Ukraine on when presidential elections should be held. This was reported by TASS.

“We do not want to make a statement regarding the timing of elections in another country. We are in regular contact with our Ukrainian partners and discuss with them ways to strengthen democracy. “I’m afraid we have nothing more to say,” Sunak’s spokesman said.

He also noted that Britain is Ukraine’s main partner and the country has allocated approximately £5 billion. Additionally, more than 30 thousand Ukrainian military personnel were trained in the country.
