Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said his country needed to win three “victories” in the West to retain the help of its allies and resolve issues important to Kiev. Stating that the second task is to receive a 50 billion euro aid package from the European Union, Zelensky noted that not all EU countries are ready to support the allocation of this aid package to Ukraine.
“From our perspective, we have to get everyone to support this package,” he continued.
Zelensky described the “third story” as “open dialogue” on Ukraine’s accession to the European Union.
“This is a motivating step for us,” he said.
