Hołownia responds to the Prime Minister’s call
On Monday, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that if the chairman of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, was willing to receive him for a meeting, he would be very happy to meet him.
Hołownia assured the Prime Minister on Tuesday that “such a meeting will take place as soon as its status is clarified.”
Because at the moment, as I understand it, on the one hand, he is the dismissed Prime Minister of the government who is assigned tasks, but he is alone in governance and is also someone who has not yet formed a new government.
– said Hołownia.
He assured that “when this new government is formed by him and sworn in by the President, he will immediately meet the Prime Minister who is so sanctioned that he will ask him many questions about what is coming to the Sejm now.”
And – as Hołownia informed – it flowed, among other things: draft budget law.
I will ask the Prime Minister why the budget has not been received. Now that the budget bill has been introduced, it is worth asking where the budget for this bill is? Parliamentary analyzes clearly show that the budget presented by Morawiecki’s government in September has been halted. Therefore, this budget should be resubmitted immediately after the establishment of the new Sejm
