According to the portal praw.pl, the Supreme Court has decided to stop the second procedure, which concerned a man caught by police driving without a license.
The police commander has submitted the same criminal request twice against the same driver. And the court ruled twice in the same case. The Supreme Court has halted the second procedure regarding the driving of a car by a man who did not have a driver’s license, because he had previously been banned from driving.

Ziobro’s cassation
The Supreme Court’s ruling is the result of a cassation appeal filed by the Attorney General. Zbigniew Ziobro announced this on social media.
Mr Wojciech drove a car although he did not have a driver’s license. He committed an offense and was fined for it. Rightly so, but the same court convicted him again for the same thing a month later. Absurd? Impossible? Unfortunately it is possible – that is why I filed a cassation appeal with the Supreme Court, which was accepted
