Germany began negotiations with Ukraine on security guarantees. This was reported on the website of the office of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
“Today, the first round of negotiations on bilateral security guarantees with the Federal Republic of Germany began,” the publication says.
The Ukrainian delegation to the negotiations is headed by the deputy head of Zelensky’s office, Igor Zhovkva.
