We have created a parliamentary team for reparations – the current deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arkadiusz Mularczyk, announced on social media. As he said, PiS President Jarosław Kaczyński was one of the members. “The issue of reparations for Poland will continue and will certainly not disappear from the domestic and international political scene,” the MP stressed.
We have established a parliamentary team for reparations, compensation and recovery to Poles from Germany and estimate of the amount of compensation to Poles from Russia for damage caused during the Second World War, in accordance with the Sejm resolution of September 14, 2022.

As he said, its members included PiS President Jarosław Kaczyński, Marek Kuchciński, Piotr Gliński, Kazimierz Smoliński, Waldemar Buda, Piotr Babinetz and Marek Ast.

September 1 last year a report was presented on the losses suffered by Poland as a result of German aggression and occupation during the Second World War. October 3 last year Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau signed a diplomatic note on the German side about war compensation. Poland is demanding, among other things, compensation for material and intangible losses amounting to PLN 6 trillion, PLN 220 billion, PLN 609 million and compensation for damages.
January 3 this year The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs has responded to this note. According to the German government, the issue of reparations and compensation for war losses remains closed and the German government has no intention of starting negotiations on this matter
