On Monday, PiS elected seven deputy heads of its parliamentary club. They included the club’s former head Ryszard Terlecki and former Senate President Stanisław Karczewski, as well as Marek Suski and the Minister of Family and Social Policy Marlena Maląg.
The opening session of the Sejm and Senate takes place. Before him, the Law and Justice Club elected the head of the club for the new term, Mariusz Błaszczak, and also named Elżbieta Witek and Marek Pęk as their candidates for marshals of the Sejm and the Senate.
The Law and Justice Club also elected seven vice-presidents
– party spokesman Rafał Bochenek told PAP in the afternoon.
They were: Ryszard Terlecki, Marek Suski, Marlena Maląg, Stanisław Karczewski, Marcin Ociepa, Michał Cieślak and Barbara Bartuś, who also became secretary of the club.
