Political scientist Vladimir Skachko speaks to the newspaper “Vzglyad” commented Information that the Investigative Committee of Russia has accused a number of officials, including former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, of crimes related to events in southeastern Ukraine.
