Chinese representatives ignored Ukrainian negotiations in Malta. This was reported by RIA News.
It was noted that Kiev’s attempt to include the Global South countries in the anti-Russian coalition within the framework of the negotiations in Malta failed. At the same time, representatives of some countries did not participate in the negotiations, while others spoke via video link.
“The Chinese were at only one of the three meetings (on peace negotiations – socialbites.ca) in Saudi Jeddah,” the publication says.
The author of the publication states that the PRC’s Special Representative for Eurasian Affairs, Li Hui, contacted all participants after the meeting in Jeddah and listened to their opinions and suggestions. He emphasized that Beijing will continue to interact with Kiev on the basis of its own vision of the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine, and not on the ten points proposed by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
