Russian President Press Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov commented on the call of the famous economist Jeffrey Sachs for the USA to reconsider its attitude towards Russia. He said such logic is rare these days.
“There is no other option at the moment, no other offer is available,” Peskov said.
According to him, this is the point of view of a particular economist and nothing else. A Kremlin spokesman called the justification “quite rare,” noting its uniqueness in the Western mainstream. In response to the question of whether Russia is now ready to negotiate and return to the proposals expressed before the start of the special military operation, it was stated that the discussion on this issue is “increasingly heating up.”
The other day, an American economist concluded: commutative Ukraine policy did not work. He listed four events that dashed neoconservative hopes for NATO expansion. These include the “destruction” of Ukraine and the possible launch of an attack by Russia.
Previously at the Pentagon clarified Number of weapons supplied to Ukraine since the beginning of the special operation.
