I hope that when it comes to the Institute of National Remembrance, this will be one of the unfulfilled promises of the opposition – said today on TVP1 the Minister of the Prime Minister’s Chancellery, Michał Dworczyk, when asked about the announcements of the opposition regarding the liquidation of the Institute for National Remembrance. He ruled that the Institute of National Remembrance is an extremely important institution that Poland needs and should function freely.
On Monday, New Left co-chair Włodzimierz Czarzasty reminded TVN24 that the left did not vote for the creation of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Institute of National Remembrance.
As for the CBA and the Institute for National Remembrance, I believe that these institutions should be liquidated
– said Tsarzasty.
As he added: “You have to look at it from the inside – I would liquidate it.”
In defense of the Institute for National Remembrance
In the “Political Quarter” program, Dworczyk expressed hope that “this promise, like some of the announcements of the coalition of political forces, will not be fulfilled.”
Because I am convinced that many promises made during the election campaign will not be fulfilled by the Civic Platform and its allies. I hope that when it comes to the Institute of National Remembrance, it will be one of those unfulfilled promises
– emphasized the minister at the Prime Minister’s Chancellery.
He pointed out that “the Institute of National Remembrance is an extremely important institution, one that Poland needs and should function freely, with the support of the government.”
To me these demands are completely incomprehensible. I hope it won’t come to that, he repeated.
Doing business in Ukraine
Minister Dworczyk also referred to the announcement of the creation of preferential conditions for Polish entrepreneurs in Ukraine.
It is of course very important who will manage these international financial flows. Here it is the task of the Polish government to ensure that Polish entrepreneurs also receive at least equal, and preferably preferential, conditions compared to other entrepreneurs from other countries when it comes to investing and operating in Ukraine.
– said Michał Dworczyk in an interview with Antoni Trzmiel in the program “Kwadrans Polityczny” on TVP1.
We have already taken steps, we were probably one of the first in Europe, if not the first, to create such an instrument for insuring companies entering Ukraine, which is very important because the risk of doing business in a country where war is great. is simply very high, so we have made appropriate changes to the law, Minister Emilewicz has ensured this, she is also in Kiev today with Polish entrepreneurs and I am optimistic, I believe that Polish companies will benefit from the reconstruction of our neighboring country
– he continued.
