Participants at the summit on the Palestinian issue held in Egypt on October 21 condemned any use of violence against civilians during conflicts in the Middle East. The relevant point was included in the final statement of the event, reports TASS.

The declaration also emphasizes that hitting civilian targets is unacceptable. In addition, meeting participants pointed out the inadmissibility of forcible transportation of people from one region to another and the use of collective punishment.
