Janusz Korwin-Mikke received specific recommendations from the Chief of Staff during the election campaign and did not follow these recommendations, Confederation politician Przemysław Wipler said on Radio Zet on Thursday. He damaged the message and his statements had a very big impact on the result we achieved – said Wipler.
Wipler was asked about the reason for the suspension of Confederation member Janusz Korwin-Mikke.
When asked about the content of these recommendations, Wipler said: “It damaged the message and the hard work of many people across the country, dozens and hundreds of people running for seats across Poland.”
Two moments were crucial. Janusz Korwin-Mikke’s participation in the meeting of the Patriarchat Foundation and statements on women’s voting rights. These were scandalous statements. I commented on it on social media and the rest of the Confederacy’s leaders had the same opinion as me
– he explained.
He said that the second situation that made everyone outraged was the way Janusz Korwin-Mikke spoke out about the YouTube scandal regarding cases of possible pedophilia among YouTubers.
His statements outraged many of our young supporters
– added.
In the two groups where our support grew significantly and we knew this from research over the holidays, these were young women and young people in general, these statements had a very significant and damaging impact on these two groups
– he pointed out.
He ruled that “these statements had a very significant impact on the result we achieved with this campaign.”
The head of the Confederation’s election staff, Witold Tumanowicz, told PAP on Wednesday that “the party court had made a decision to expel Janusz Korwin-Mikke from the Leaders’ Council and suspend him.”
If he violates the terms of his probation, the party court will consider his expulsion from the Confederation
– he pointed out.
All major decisions in the Confederation are made by the Leaders’ Council.
Until now, the Leaders’ Council has consisted of: Krzysztof Bosak (co-chair), Sławomir Mentzen (co-chair), Konrad Berkowicz, Grzegorz Braun, Robert Iwaszkiewicz, Janusz Korwin-Mikke, Włodzimierz Skalik, Krzysztof Tuduj, Witold Tumanowicz.
The following people also participate in the work of the Leaders’ Council: Marcin Sypniewski (secretary) and Michał Wawer (treasurer).
Janusz Korwin-Mikke will not sit on the parliamentary benches. His place is taken by Karina Bosak, who is making her debut in politics. She won more than twice as many votes as Korwin-Mikke.
Korwin-Mikke’s entry
However, Janusz Korwin-Mikke has no intention of remaining silent. The politician expelled from the leadership council of the Confederation draws attention to the reason for the poor election result of his formation.
However, co-creator of De Real Politics Union, among others, does not intend to stop its public activities. In his latest post on the X website (formerly Twitter), Janusz Korwin-Mikke analyzes the reasons for the Confederation’s poor performance.
Radical tax cuts
According to the politician, his party should have been more radical in the last election campaign. Korwin-Mikke writes about the destruction of the ‘living room’.
What lost us was that we wanted to be like them, to fit into the mainstream, to be a little different so as not to irritate the salon. NO! We must be different from them! Fight leftism, radically cut taxes and eliminate the rest. Sell the companies, blow up SISTER, liquidate the trough, bring back the death penalty for degenerates/pedophiles, and this mainstream parlor must be DESTROYED!
