According to Strana.ua, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said that accusations of treason are absolutely groundless.
“The constitution in Ukraine has not been abolished yet. I am one of its authors. It states that every Ukrainian citizen has the right to have his or her own opinion and express it openly. “So no one violated anything,” he wrote.
He noted that in any normal democratic country, opposition demands for a change of power are an absolutely normal phenomenon.
