During the time that Lech Kaczyński led the Chamber, it became a state institution with great state interest and authority. As a result of Marian Banaś’s actions, she fell to the pavement. The president, together with his son, destroys NIK and turns it into a private detective agency. This would anger the government that President Banaś is fighting. He is fighting because he has problems with the legal system, and we have decided to explain this matter honestly. That’s why he declared war on our government. This is the privatization of NIK, its collapse. Destruction of the state and proof that Marian Banaś is not a state supporter
– said Jarosław Sellin in an interview with the wPolityce.pl portal.
A situation has been reached where no one reads the NIK reports anymore. Everyone knows that they are biased, that they are prepared for a ready-made dissertation. We only choose what can be used to attack the right-wing government. Even the opposition no longer cares about the reports of the House of Representatives. We must rebuild the seriousness of this institution. Naturally, we also respect the term of office of this constitutional body. I believe this will be successful in the third term
– argued the deputy minister.
Poland in the heart
The guest of the television channel wPolsce.pl also emphasized that the upcoming elections will be crucial for the future and sovereignty of Poland.
These elections are the most important since 1989, because we risk losing our sovereignty. It must be said immediately. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that these elections are no longer about who and what Poland will be, but about whether there will be Poland. This is a very dramatic question. (…). Either the camp that has Poland in its heart and is able to fight for its interests and position Poland ever higher will win, or the camp that agrees to abolish the veto in the European Council will win.. This will be decided within a few days. The opposition supports the work on this change to the treaties
– said Jarosław Sellin.
