The attempt at a pseudo-patriotic story by some politicians of the Citizens’ Coalition does not stand the test of reality. One of the candidates of this formation ridiculed the rapes of young girls on camera and assured that he would throw stones at the border guard if he were in the shoes of the migrants. He replaced Jana Shostak on the KO lists.
Marek Dąbrowski, who is on the list of the Civic Coalition as a representative of the Greens, decided to distribute election leaflets in front of… the Białystok Cathedral.
When asked by young people what he thought of the wall on the border with Belarus, he replied:
Greens defend every living thing. The same animal, plant and human. All walls are unnecessary. Just like Chinese, Hadrian or Berlin. He divides nations, divides people into better and worse.
He also praised the film “The Green Border”, which depicted Polish border guards as ruthless torturers.
Agnieszka Holland’s film is fantastic, perfect. (…) This is a film that defends the Polish uniform
– said Dąbrowski.
When asked if he believed that Polish border guards actually broke thermoses to suffocate migrants in the glass, he immediately replied:
Yes, I think so.
Stones at the border guard
He then claimed that he himself would throw stones at border guards.
I’d throw it too if I were them
– said the candidate of the Tusk formation.
Then his interlocutors asked whether he would really throw stones at the Polish border guard. What was Dąbrowski’s reaction?
And what is Polish?
– He asked.
During the conversation it was mentioned that young girls are being raped by migrants on the streets of Western cities. How did Tusk’s candidate respond to this? Dąbrowski just laughed.
