As part of the “Friendly Housing Estate” program, we will provide residents of residential areas with the replacement of outdated installations, the construction of parking spaces, care of green areas and the installation of solar photovoltaics; our proposals are intended to improve the quality of life – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki today in Przasnysz.
The Prime Minister visited the residential area in Przasnysz and met with the residents. He emphasized that according to government data, 8 to 11 million people in Poland live in prefabricated housing estates and that PiS has a special “Friendly Housing Estates” program for them.
And our program will consist of the following points: where water, gas and electricity installations are outdated and pose a risk of an increased number of breakdowns, there will be a special pool, a tab for carrying out renovations together with cooperatives or in the case of residential communities it will also be possible. In such residential areas there is often a shortage of parking spaces, which is why we will also propose new parking spaces or above-ground parking spaces.
– said the Prime Minister.
He also spoke about creating green spaces as part of the program and ways to reduce bills for all residents through photovoltaics and thermal modernization.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the “Clean Air” program has led to lower heating costs in many Polish homes.
And we want to do the same for prefabricated residential areas
– he assured.
It cannot be that there are worse and better settlements, that there is ‘Poland A’, ‘Poland B’, that people in all corners of Poland feel forgotten
– emphasized the Prime Minister.
He emphasized that the goal of PiS is to “balance the life program” across the country and improve the quality of life of Poles.
Lower unemployment and development
In the time of our predecessors, unemployment soared, now the number of jobs is increasing; we create new jobs, attract investors from all over the world and create the best economic conditions for Polish investors
– said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Kruki.
The head of government visited the Melvit company in Kruki, Ostrołęka district.
The Prime Minister emphasized that his government is focused on creating new jobs by attracting investors from all over the world and creating the best economic conditions for Polish investors.
To ensure that economic infrastructure goes hand in hand with Polish companies, we are carrying out a major investment program in economic zones, various types of facilities, road construction, land development and tax incentives.
– said Morawiecki.
Unemployment rose enormously during the time of our predecessors, but now the number of jobs is increasing
– said Morawiecki, noting that the level of unemployment in Poland is one of the lowest in the entire EU.
He assured that if he wins the elections, the investment program in economic zones around smaller and medium-sized cities will continue.
So that jobs are created not only in Warsaw, Krakow, Poznań or Wrocław, but especially in Ostrołęka, Siedlce, Węgrów, Łochów, Zambrów and hundreds of cities throughout Poland
