Law and Justice does not discriminate against women, but rather supports them, PiS MP Małgorzata Wassermann assured on Tuesday. She pointed out that PiS is a party that has implemented many programs with women and for women in mind.
PiS MPs Małgorzata Wassermann, Mirosława Stachowiak-Różecka and Iwona Arent spoke on Tuesday in Olsztyn about PiS programs supporting families and women.
Law and Justice does not discriminate against women, but rather supports them. Each of us plays an important role, each of us has achieved a lot in Parliament through our work over the years, and the number of programs we have implemented in eight years is enormous. I would like to remind you that in addition to the 500+ program, and from January 800+, we have the Maluch+ project, the 4+ benefit for mothers who have not acquired pension rights, also 300+ support for school supplies and a financial program. for mothers for their second and subsequent children.
– said MP Małgorzata Wassermann.
As she noted: “It is worth making society aware that PiS is a party that has done a lot for women.” She emphasized that women in PiS are valued and hold high positions and positions: for example, Elżbieta Witek, the chairman of the Sejm, or Beata Szydło, who was prime minister.
We are a very pro-women group
– she pointed.
MP Mirosława Stachowiak-Różecka said that the situation of women in Poland has changed in recent years.
I was born in a former state farm village, then I moved to a big city – Wrocław, and now I live in a small town near Wrocław. During the years of liberal rule, all goods were sucked away by huge urban centers. In Lower Silesia it was visible that Wrocław was developing and flourishing enormously and everyone was looking for opportunities there and moving away from the small towns.
– said MP Stachowiak-Różecka.
A call to women
She added that the PiS government had done everything for eight years to change this.
We appeal to women to judge us honestly, from the perspective of these small towns, whether they notice that these places have changed. Their children do not have to decide to live in a big city to develop, find fulfillment, have a satisfying job or start a family. You can do it anywhere in Poland, because we treat all these towns and villages fairly. We distribute resources and goods fairly
– she assured.
MP Iwona Arent recalled that PiS has restored the retirement age of 60 for women and 65 for men. She added that this was especially important in the Warmia and Mazury region, where many women worked in agriculture, and that – as she added – they had to continue working for 12 years longer following the PO’s decision to increase the retirement age .
We don’t leave women alone. We want women in Poland to live with dignity and to have a better life. We understand and respect Polish women because we are women ourselves
– said Iwona Arent.
