According to exit polls, the liberal political movement “Progressive Slovakia”, led by Vice-President of the European Parliament Michal Šimeček, is ahead in the parliamentary elections in the republic. This was reported by TASS.

It is stated that the movement received 19.97 percent of the votes. Direction Social Democracy, led by former Prime Minister Robert Fico, received the support of 19.09 percent of citizens.
