Visa trafficking at stands in Africa, transfer of thousands of migrants, arrests of officials, compromising audio tapes, a minister in hiding, a suicide attempt by his deputy, the US and the EU in shock. “It’s not a scandal, it’s not even a scandal.” Maybe it’s at least a scandal, Jareczek?
