US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that Ukraine would be ready to negotiate with Russia if such an offer came from Moscow. He stated this in an interview ABC News.

But he also noted that there was no sign that Moscow “showed interest in constructive diplomacy.”

In his opinion, the conflict must end “on fair and sustainable terms that will reflect Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”

Blinken before this expressed Confidence that the statement on the conflict in Ukraine at the G20 summit in New Delhi was not weak.

Before this, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov emphasized that the West had failed to “Ukrainise” the G20 summit agenda. The G20 leaders’ summit was held in New Delhi on 9-10 September.
