How do the Poles live and what is wrong with the opposition? An interesting discussion took place in Marcin Meller’s program. Grzegorz Sroczyński referred to data from national surveys.
In the program on Meller’s YouTube channel, one of the guests was Grzegorz Sroczyński, who collaborates with Gazeta.pl.
The publicist disagreed with the story of part of the opposition about the deteriorating situation in Poland. He also criticized PiS opponents, who claim that Poland is “ruled by fascists” and “there is no democracy”.
The Poles think not. Communicating with them for the tenth time that it is the end of the world and that we are ruled by fascists, and that there is no democracy in Poland… go to the streets, go to a pub and see how Poland functions. There is no Chernobyl in the economy or the end of the world in the economy
– he said.
Sroczyński also provided data from the IBRiS studio’s survey showing that the vast majority of Poles believe they live well.
To communicate in this way is only to talk to the ultras, to those who are already convinced, who will naturally believe that cherries cost 200 złoty and that the whole of Poland will collapse in no time from inflation. While it is true that salaries are more or less starting to catch up with inflation. It now goes to zero. (…) If you ask a normal person whether his life is better or worse, he will of course complain, but he will say that in general it is not bad. This is reflected in the research. The latest IBRiS on the economic situation of households. 42 percent – My economic situation is good. 44 percent – my situation is bearable as such. And 11.5 percent that it’s bad
– added.
Grzegorz Sroczyński, Marcin Meller, Dominika Sitnicka and Jan Wróbel would discuss during Campus Polska Przyszłości as part of the so-called panel of symmetrists. No wonder the organizers went to great lengths not to give them the chance to speak in public. READ ALSO: Lewandowski: A certain amount of privatization is needed.
