The listing of Michał Kołodziejczak on the Civic Coalition’s list met with wide response. The leader of AgroUnia became famous for his many controversial actions. So it is not surprising that he also became the hero of internet memes.
The new addition to the coalition led by Donald Tusk made a statement about Russia years ago:

After months of trying to get a place on one of the electoral lists, Kołodziejczak has finally found his way under the wing of Donald Tusk and will start from the top spot on the Konin list.
