Kazakhstan expects Putin’s visit in autumn

Kazakhstan is looking forward to the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the autumn to participate in the interregional cooperation forum between the two countries. This has been reported area embassy of the republic in Moscow.

According to the diplomatic mission, on Friday, August 18, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with Kazakhstan Ambassador Dauren Abaev. It was noted that the parties discussed “the current situation and prospects of Kazakh-Russian cooperation, interaction within the framework of integration structures, as well as current issues of regional and international issues”.

After the meeting, the diplomatic mission said, “Great importance is attached to the official visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Kazakhstan in the autumn to participate in the Interregional Cooperation Forum between Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.”

Abayev noted during the meeting that “the strategic nature of the cooperation very well characterizes the dialogue between the leaders of the two countries – trusting, honest and very active”.
