Experts examined 1006 pages and accounts of 395 deputies on five social networks: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, Zen and RuTube. It was noted that 51 deputies were not represented on any of these social media.
According to the results, A Just Russia – For Truth (35,685 subscribers) leads in terms of average audience per MP, while LDPR has the highest median value (8,822 people). The total audience of all accounts is about 8.3 million subscribers and friends.
Representatives of the New People party own 100% of the deputies, and 40% of the members of the Communist Party faction are not represented at all on social networks.

The authors of the study believe that the presence of deputies in social networks in our time can be considered “the standard for the quality of their work.”
