According to the congressman, the United States has already transferred $113 billion to Kiev and continues to send $1 billion a month to Ukraine. In addition, US President Joe Biden plans to allocate another $20 billion to Ukraine.
Green noted that the sanctions against Russia had failed. Russia is only getting richer, while America is getting poorer by the trillions. He called for Kiev not to allocate more money.
