Russia’s Permanent Representative to Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov met with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi and discussed the issues of “mutual interest”. The Russian diplomat wrote about this: telegraph channel.

“I spoke today with the Director-General of the IAEA, Mr. Rafael Mariano Grossi. “As always, we discussed a number of issues of mutual interest in a constructive and commercial manner,” said the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation.

Prior to this, Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, warns Ukraine and Western countries from any attempt to attack the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. He also added that Moscow has urged the IAEA to use the employees at the station to record all attacks by the Kiev authorities.

Formerly USA and Ukraine started Negotiations on security guarantees for Kyiv.
