By demanding an OSCE observation mission in Poland, the European Parliament has entered a new phase in the writing of a black legend about our country. The organization that brings together countries such as Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will oversee the democratic processes in Poland. Not even Monty Python would come up with that, PiS MEP Izabela Kloc told PAP.
There will be a vote on a new anti-Polish resolution in the EP! Prof. Krasnodębski: The project essentially undermines the Polish state
By demanding an OSCE observation mission in Poland, the European Parliament has entered a new phase in the writing of a black legend about our country. In this way, Donald Tusk’s political allies are preparing a propagandistic explanation for his imminent electoral defeat. Thanks to their unbridled arrogance towards Poland, an organization that brings together countries such as Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will oversee the democratic processes in Poland. Not even Monty Python would have invented it, but as you can see in the European Parliament, there are no limits to absurdity that cannot be crossed
– MEP Izabela Kloc told PAP.

EP resolution
In Tuesday’s vote, the European Parliament passed a resolution criticizing the establishment of a verification committee in Poland against Russian influence and the amendment of the electoral law.
The resolution also criticized the March this year’s amendment to Poland’s electoral law. Some MEPs say the changes introduced could discriminate against voters abroad. The authors also ruled that “the Chamber of the Polish Supreme Court dealing with electoral disputes cannot be regarded as an independent and impartial court”. The resolution calls on the Polish authorities “to adapt the method of elections to the standards of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and other international commitments and democratic standards.” The EP also called for the organization of a large-scale parliamentary election observation mission in Poland.
