The inclusion of Ukraine in the structures of the Alliance as soon as possible is in the interests of Poland and Europe, but talks on Ukraine’s membership can only take place after the end of the war – said the head of the Ministry of National Defense Mariusz Błaszczak in an interview for “Poland – Warsaw Metropolis”.
The Defense Minister stressed that “the fastest possible integration of Ukraine into the Alliance’s structures is in the interests of Poland and Europe, but discussions on Ukraine’s membership cannot take place until after the end of the war.”
