Polish politics has seen several strange polls – but this one is a unique curiosity. Here is Wirtualna Polska claims that the United Surveys studio asked the Poles about … Minister Jacek Sasin. Without cover – Sasin in the crosshairs. You can say that a real survey is commission.
We read that at the beginning of the article
Jack Sasin, called the face of PiS’s defeats by the oppositionresigned as Deputy Prime Minister. The politician remains in government as head of the state property department, although – according to the new United Surveys poll for Wirtualna Polska – he is receiving negative views even in the electorate of Jarosław Kaczyński’s party.
This is an interesting take on the subject – because just like that, the label of “the face of PiS’s failures” can be pinned to just about anyone. Who is the PiS opposition not talking about? What’s the argument?
And can the activity of a politician – co-author of the PiS winning streak – be simply summed up?
One could just as well and truthfully write that Sasin is the face of major PiS winssuch as the activity of state-owned enterprises during the pandemic, the battle won for coal, the struggle for low energy prices after the outbreak of war and the repolonization of key sectors. These patches are real, but they would probably spoil the supposed concept.
There are more such “patches”.
We are reading:
Jacek Sasin has been called “staff” by the opposition (as he was accused: “because of the ease of putting people in state jobs).
It’s a bizarre accusation each minister responsible for state-owned enterprises is responsible for the personnel, and each minister in general in his area of responsibility. Just like a president of a company, a principal of a school. Each of them is a “member of staff” of the institution they manage!
That is also claimed
the envelope elections he approved, although they did not take place, cost millions of zlotys.
That was not added the attempt to organize correspondence elections was an attempt to meet the demands of the constitution despite the opposition’s crippling Polish democracy. And that this attempt was torpedoed by the opposition itself, along with Mr Gowin.
What could this bizarre investigative assignment be about? Why so much attention to minister Jacek Sasin? Why do opposition politicians promote these statements so often? What’s behind this action?
According to our information, it was at this time that the opposition headquarters decided to carry out the next phase of the dirty campaign: an attempt to divide the United Right before the electionquarreling individual politicians, and finally an attempt to force Jarosław Kaczyński to remove the most effective people and thus weaken the entire camp.
This is also indicated by our interlocutors from well-informed circles the opposition wants to divert attention of the earnings of his people in local government companies where he wields power. This information is becoming increasingly apparent. The more it attacks state-owned governments in the PiS era, even though these governments have introduced a chimney bill that radically cuts revenues in this area. Currently, presidents’ salaries are many times lower than under the PO.
Jacek Sasin himself is under attack for the fact that state-owned companies carry out pro-Polish, pro-social activities, targeting previously discriminated areas and social groups. The effectiveness of Sasin, formerly in the role of Deputy Prime Minister, in carrying out strategic activities for Poland’s energy security is also vexing. Many of them will be impossible to undo, even if the opposition takes power. An example of an atom. In Berlin and Moscow they don’t like it very much.
But also many in Warsaw. The opposition’s strategic goal – the privatization of national treasures – will not be as simple as they would like.
