Colombia to send a protest to Russia after explosion in Kramatorsk

Colombian President Gustavo Petro has asked the Colombian Foreign Ministry to send a diplomatic protest note to Russia after the explosion in Kramatorsk, which injured three Colombian citizens. The politician announced this on his Twitter account.

He noted that Russia attacked “three defenseless Colombian civilians” in violation of war protocols.
