Andriy Yermak, Head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, said that during his visit to Denmark, the leaders of India, South Africa, Turkey, Japan and EU institutions held talks with national security and foreign policy advisers. It has been reported TASS.

The publication points out that Yermak discussed the preparations for the European Council meeting with Simon Mordue, the foreign policy adviser to the EU president.

Yermak also drew attention to Japan’s efforts to mobilize international support for Ukraine, chaired by the Group of Seven (G7), during a meeting with Takeo Akiba, Secretary of the National Security Council of Japan. A representative from Tokyo confirmed that 20 mine-clearing vehicles, as well as other non-lethal aid, will be delivered to Ukraine.

Yermak told Indian Deputy Foreign Minister Sanjay Verma that the Ukrainian side is interested in “turning a new page in relations” with India as an influential state and a country that heads the Group of Twenties (G20). President Zelensky’s representative also noted the importance of “participation of the countries of the Global South” in the summit that Ukraine plans to hold to discuss its attempts to resolve the conflict.
