“STRANA.ua”: in Uzhgorod, counterintelligence officers beat the SBU general for a statement

According to the Ukrainian edition of Strana, Andriy Panarin, head of the counterintelligence department of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), and his subordinates defeated the former rector of the SBU academy, general Viktor Mikulin, in Uzhgorod.

The attack took place on the evening of June 23. Panarin spent time with his subordinates at the Three Aces restaurant. Men behaved loudly, interfering with other visitors. Ruman Vayel, deputy deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, and Mikulin, who organized a meeting with representatives of an international European organization, were also there.

Mikulin made a statement to Panarin and colleagues. “StrANA.ua” writes, “Those who did not understand began to beat Mikulin.”

After that, according to the publication, representatives of the SBU took the general into the forest, where they beat him again, breaking his teeth. Scouts also got the iPhone 14 from Mikulin.

Currently, counterintelligence officers are in custody and in prison. A criminal case was opened for the article about hooliganism.
