Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that Western countries are using Ukraine to “crush Russia”. It has been reported TASS.
“The West is clinging to Ukraine like reinforced concrete in order to crush Russia and wipe it off its feet,” Lukashenka said at a meeting with the secretaries of the security councils of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) states.
He noted that neither Belarus nor Russia believes in such a scenario as they will not kneel, therefore it must be negotiated now.
Lukashenko also said that the cause of the conflict in Ukraine lies in the US desire to separate Europe and Russia from Belarus.
