“The Republic of Kosovo is the most democratic state in the Western Balkans, with a governance and security structures professionally trained by Western societies and oriented towards their values,” Kurti said.
He explained that all mayors elected on April 23 have legal rights and powers in municipal institutions and in the service of the people.
