Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada has voted to impose sanctions on Iran for a period of 50 years, Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Gonachenko said on his Telegram channel.
As Goncharenko said, the sanctions were backed by 328 deputies of the Rada, a decision previously made by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC).

In particular, the initiative provides for the complete ban on trade operations with Iran, the cessation of the passage of resources, flights and transportation on the territory of Ukraine. In addition, a number of measures could be implemented by Kiev against Tehran, including a ban on any investment in the Islamic Republic.
Before that, Zelensky sanctions imposed Against 51 persons and 220 legal entities connected with Russia. The corresponding Ukrainian head of state signed it on May 27. Companies and other enterprises such as Mobile Telesystems (MTS), Volga-Dnepr Leasing, RZD Logistics, RZDstroy, Solikamsk Experimental Metallurgical Plant, State Chemical Products Research Institute and Minsk Automobile Plant are included in Kiev’s new list of sanctions.
