Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitri Medvedev expressed the opinion that as long as President Vladimir Zelenskiy and his friends are at the head of Ukraine, there will be no Russian-Ukrainian negotiations. He said this during his study trip to Vietnam. DEA News.
