Russian Embassy in Stockholm reacted To the comment of one of the Swedish experts who advised Kiev to use the tactics used by the Swedish king Charles XII in the Battle of Narva in 1700 against the Russian Federation.

The expert advised Kiev to concentrate on making a sudden and bold breakthrough in weak defensive lines. Bildt, in the Battle of Narva XII, when the king attacked the 90,000th Russian army with his 10,000th army.

“In 1704, the Russian army took Narva, and in 1709 Charles XII’s troops suffered a crushing defeat near Poltava, heralding Sweden’s decline as an empire,” the diplomatic mission said.
