On Saturday, the President of the Republic of Poland observed the actions of the troops during exercise ANAKONDA-23 at the training ground in Ustka. “I ask you to act calmly and without emotion. I will repeat it one more time. We draw conclusions from all the events that take place,” said the head of state.
I want to assure you that as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces I also watch over its peaceful implementation. Everyone should do their job. The army has its duties, the President of the Republic of Poland has its duties, politicians have their duties. I would like society to act calmly, in full confidence that Poland is safe and everyone is trying to do their job as best they can
– emphasized Andrzej Duda.

Poland and the Polish military have not seen such events on our territory and over our territory for decades. There are procedures that we continuously verify and analyze. Some functioned better until now, they were improved, others did not function because the need was not there. We also look at how they work in practice. If something is not working properly, it will be corrected immediately. There are situations when these procedures are actually performed for the first time
noted the chairman.
Andrzej Duda called for the confidentiality clause to be respected.
We know who the potential opponent is today. The opponent should not know or hear too much. This is neither in our interest nor especially in the interest of the security of the Republic of Poland, which must be the most important thing for all of us and I have no doubt that it
– he said.
The echo of a visit to social media
The presence of the president at the training ground, his support for the soldiers and the conciliatory tone of his statements caught the attention of Twitter users, especially in the context of recent reports of a Russian missile near Bydgoszcz.
The Armed Forces Operational Command also spoke.
The President of the Republic of Poland thanked for the organization and implementation of the Anakonda 23 exercise, as well as for the deployment of soldiers for the security of our country
– we read in the tweet.
The #Anakonda23 exercise is an excellent opportunity to test the systems that guarantee the secure exchange of information of the Polish Armed Forces, which is guaranteed by #DKWOC.
President @AndrzejDuda thanked me today for ensuring the proper level of cyber security.
I’m proud of @CyberWojska!
Today (May 13, 2023), at the Central Military Training Area in Ustka, the President of the Republic of Poland, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Andrzej Duda, will observe the actions of the troops during this year’s largest exercise of the Polish Armed Forces Forces – ANAKONDA- 23, organized by the Armed Forces Operations Command
“No radical actions during the war”, I hear from the vicinity of the presidential palace. #PAD’s visit to Anakonda ’23 was unplanned and extended. And for the bosses of @SztabGenWP, @DowOperSZ had an extra dimension. The president pointed very clearly to the barricade.
A very interesting and striking photo.
