No sequel (or even several) to Day of the Wacko is needed. Marek Koterski could, of course, shoot such a sequel, but we have a waking day every day. In the activities of the opposition and Donald Tusk. Moreover, Adaś Miauczyński, the hero of the film (played by Marek Kondrat), for all his silliness, does not deserve to be compared to the president of Civic Platform.
Adaś does not deserve to be compared to Donek, if only because the latter would never make a first-class hole in his son’s life (in the movie – Sylwuś, in reality Tuska – Michaś). The famous dialogue went like this: – You have to admit that if dad makes a spout, nothing is wrong in the village. – It’s true, it’s true, there is no whip for your mouth. It’s too…y.
Dziubek is an afterthought, although it raises the question of what Donald Tusk and PO can do in an original or effective way. At least they are able, because they do it out of habit, to turn any cat’s fur inside out and even make any cat the best friend of mice. Even if the mouse is already in the belly of the cat. The crowning example of Donald Tusk and the PO being awake one day (but not groundhog day) every day is their behavior towards the European Union (European Commission). In matters (areas) not covered by the principle of transfer, Tusk and PO transfer all rights and powers to the Union, and in cases where the principle of transfer is in force, they demand that it be ignored. The principle of conferral is enshrined in Article 5(1) TEU: “The limits of the competences of the Union shall be determined by the principle of conferral”.
When the problem of the influx of grains (and other products) from Ukraine to the Polish market arose, Tusk and PO demanded that the government of Mateusz Morawiecki violate the principle of attribution. Trade is the exclusive competence of the Union (together with the Customs Union, competition rules, monetary policy, marine plants and animals under the fisheries policy).
In the area of ”the rule of law” or the judiciary, Tusk and PO gave the EU 200 percent. privileges, even though only shared privileges apply in this case. But they have nothing to do with, for example, the organization of courts in Poland or the method of appointment of the National Judicial Council. Which means that in these areas for Tusk and PO the “principle of the note” is leading.
“The Crazy Principle”
The “crazy principle” is that in political struggle there are no rules, or the reverse. That’s why it’s so easy for Donald Tusk (and a swarm of his subjects in the party) to deny what he himself said and did. Even in far-reaching matters such as policy towards Russia and relations with Vladimir Putin (not to mention energy policy).
The “mad principle” makes everything possible, just as it allows you to justify everything. Without a hint of feeling that you fall into contradictions, and even more into ridicule or embarrassment and embarrassment. The Day of the Wacko applies to Tusk and PO for 365 days a year (in a leap year – 366). And the “mad principle” (of which the “Neumann Doctrine” is a part) is above syntax, semantics and logic.
On the days of the wacko (and there are no other days) it is impossible to argue about anything sensible, because everything is subject to the “rule of the wacko”, which requires the use of rational and recognized means of conducting a debate prohibited. PO politicians probably know about it themselves, that’s why they don’t come to TVP Info, for example (they want to liquidate it for the same reason), because other politicians don’t recognize the “crazy rule” and so there’s nothing to talk about.
The freak principle allows you to feel good because it is a complete system, it does not need contact with the world, it does not evolve and does not change the rules. In this sense, the “crazy principle” is a perfect system. All the more so that it works in accordance with the “whole truth around the clock”.
