Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the Victory Parade on Red Square will be broadcast for the first time on wagons and parades between Moscow metro stations. The mayor announced this on Telegram.channel.

It was reported that songs of the war years will be sung in the subway: “Smuglyanka”, “Katyusha”, “Dark Night” and others.

“On Victory Day, the parade will be broadcast live on the wagons and inter-station parades in Red Square, the parade will be shown on public transport screens for the first time,” the official said.

According to Sobyanin, “Walls of Memory” were installed at Mayakovskaya and Kurskaya stations, in which the names of transport workers who lost their lives during the Great Patriotic War are inscribed.

Former Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reportedPresident Putin will speak at the Victory Parade in Moscow on May 9. When asked by a journalist if there would be any restrictions, Peskov replied in the negative.
